Valérie Sabbah
Dr. Valérie Sabbah is a family physician with a strong interest in musculoskeletal medicine, sports and performance medicine, and chronic pain management. She completed her medical degree and family medicine residency at the Université de Montréal and currently practices at GMF Fabreville, providing comprehensive care to a wide range of patients—from pediatric to geriatric.
Driven by a passion for chronic pain treatment, Dr. Sabbah completed a preceptorship under Dr. Patrick Benhaim and further enriched her training through multiple advanced workshops across North America. Her expertise includes ultrasound-guided injection techniques and regenerative medicine approaches.
She is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine and is currently enrolled in both the certification program in Sports Medicine from the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine (CASEM) and the Canadian Academy of Pain Management (DAAPM) certification program.
Dr. Sabbah brings empathy, dedication, and an energetic presence to the DouleurMD team, contributing to the clinic’s mission of improving quality of life for patients dealing with chronic pain.
